Ringtons are committed to sourcing their tea ethically and sustainably and work in collaboration with charities to improve the lives of workers and farmers. Although it’s not available in supermarkets, Ringtons Tea is also available online.

Love Leaf Tea

Shop a wide range of loose leaf tea in a variety of fantastic flavours – perfect for a bit of me time. For a refreshing cup of tea, try the Stinging Mint variety, or for something sweet and indulgent, we would recommend trying the Vanilla and Almond Rooibos. Love Leaf Tea also have stunning blooming teas with flowers that bloom as they brew. Love Leaf Tea can be found in independent stores regionwide, and can also be bought online.

Bari Tea Brewery

Established in Northumberland 15 years ago, the team at Bari Tea brewery are focused on curating only the highest quality teas and now produce their very own blend, Northumberland Bari Breakfast Tea. Besides their original blend (which is a must try) we would recommend giving the Cream Earl Grey blend a go, a classic brew with smooth vanilla overtones.

The Tea Enthusiasts

Founded by a mother and daughter team 20 years ago, The Tea Enthusiasts are passionate about bringing high quality tea to County Durham. Their blends are stocked throughout the region, and you can also buy directly from them online. We’re always a sucker for chai and their cinnamon swirl rooibos chai looks irresistible.

Teapot Tea or Coffee

Based in Leeds Kirkgate Market, this independent tea shop imports its blends from around the world (including Japan, India and Europe) so you can be sure you’re drinking the best of the best. Although there’s nothing better than a classic black tea, if you’d like to try something a bit different, we would recommend the Love Story fruit tea, full of tropical flavours and with a floral aftertaste.

True Tea Co

Discover more than 200 speciality teas at True Tea Co. in Harrogate this National Tea Day. Their extensive range includes more than 80 loose leaf blends ranging from English breakfast black tea to caramel rooibos tea, as well as fruit, green and oolong pyramid teabag blends.
