Avocado & yeast extract
2 tsp yeast extract (eg Marmite)
½ ripe avocado, mashed
2 tsp mixed seeds
Cottage cheese & marmalade
2 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese
1 tbsp thick-cut marmalade
Peanut butter & banana
1½ tbsp smooth peanut butter
½ ripe banana, sliced
Drizzle of clear honey
