Don’t Miss Burn’s Night Celebrations at Arthur’s in Fenwick
Revel in all things Scottish as Fenwick mark the work of the beloved Scottish poet with a special dinner on 27th January
Heaped in wonderful traditions, Burn’s Night is a celebration of the life and work of 18th-century poet, Robert ‘Rabbie’ Burns, the Bard of Ayrshire.
Head to Arthur's on Friday the 27th of January from 6.45 pm, for the perfect occasion to dress up and to raise a glass to the legacy of Robert Burns and Scotland’s rich culture.
You’ll be greeted with a cocktail before enjoying a lavish four-course feast, served in true Fenwick style. Savour the most delicious Highland-inspired dishes such as Scottish smoked salmon terrine, venison wellington with clapshot and kale, and rhubarb Cranachan with oat shortbread.
The Newcastle-based band Pons Aelius will perform two sets during the evening and share their distinctive music style driven by a dynamic frontline of bagpipes and whistles, flute, tenor banjo and mandolin. The six young musicians have extensively toured the UK and Europe and are a melodic force to be reckoned with.
