SALT OF THE EARTH
Move over table salt, there’s a new sheriff in town. Using pure sea salt flakes harvested from the North Yorkshire coast and processed in small batches, Yorkshire Sea Salt Co has created a unique, nutrient-rich alternative to traditional salt, reinvigorating a tradition which dates back 6,000 years (and earning them a Great Taste award in the process). Game On

Warming, succulent and perfect for a family feast, autumn is the time for enjoying game. Although many of us shy away at the thought of cooking game we have some fabulously easy recipes to inspire you.

Duck Breast with Cannellini Bean Ragout

DUCK BREAST WITH CANNELLINI BEAN RAGOUT
This recipe makes a great dinner for two and comes together surprisingly quickly. The duck breast can be swapped for duck legs if you prefer and if you don’t have any plum jam on hand for the sticky sauce, apricot jam works well too.

GROUSE SAUSAGE ROLLS
From Michelin-starred chef Tom Kichin, this recipe reimagines a classic British favourite with grouse breasts, wild mushrooms, Parma ham and chestnuts – the perfect pick-me-up on a cold day. They pair well with pickled red cabbage.
