Kiwi and Strawberry Ice Pops
Keep the kids happy this summer with these delicious kiwi and strawberry ice pops!
The perfect summer holiday activity to be enjoyed only a few hours later.

Preparation time:
15 minutes (plus overnight freezing)
Ingredients
- You need
- 10 plastic ice pop bags
- Small funnel
- Blender
- Ingredients
- 7 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 50ml sugar syrup
- 500ml water
- 300g strawberries, hulled
Method
FOR THE KIWI POPS
In a blender, add the sliced kiwi, half the sugar syrup and half the water. Blend until smooth.
Pour the liquid equally into five of the plastic ice pop bags using the funnel.
Seal the ice pop bags using the zip seal and freeze overnight.
FOR THE STRAWBERRY POPS
Repeat the above process adding the hulled strawberries, remaining sugar syrup and remaining water to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the liquid into the remaining five ice pop bags using the funnel.
Seal the ice pop bags using the zip seal and freeze overnight.
