Following a critically acclaimed West End run, the multi-award-winning production of My Fair Lady will visit Sunderland Empire for two weeks this February. With a star-studded cast including EastEnders’ Adam Woodyatt, My Fair Lady tells the story of Eliza Doolittle, a young Cockney flower seller, and Henry Higgins, a linguistics professor who is determined to transform her into his idea of a ‘proper lady’. But who is really being transformed? Featuring the much-loved classic songs I Could Have Danced All Night, Get Me to the Church on Time and On the Street Where You Live, an evening at the theatre has never looked so loverly.
