These banana muffins, topped with a little streusel mixture, are the easiest you'll ever make. Streusel is essentially the same as a crumble topping, made up of oats, flour, sugar and butter. The crumbly texture of the streusel meets the moist muffin to create a delightful bite! The riper the bananas the better here, even as far as fully brown, as these are sweeter and add a richer flavour.

There is truly no better smell than freshly baked bread. Just imagine that plus cosy honey and oat tones that will flood your kitchen with the most delicious scent - this honey and oat loaf really has it all. Despite this being a gorgeous loaf for any occasion, it only requires a few ingredients and one prove then you simply bake until those smells are radiating and the crust is golden! An ideal vessel for all your favourite toast toppings or sandwich fillings (or do as I do and just smother it in butter).
