Rise and Fall, 10pm, Channel 4
Greg James is hosting this new game show where 16 ordinary people compete for power and to win up to £100,000, doing whatever it takes to get to the top. In this episode, the first Ruler is eliminated from the game, and there's an opportunity for one Grafter to rise to power. It sounds very much like The Traitors to us – which we loved!

Anton & Giovanni's Adventures in Sicily, 9pm, BBC One
Strictly stars Anton and Giovanni are on a tour of Giovanni's homeland of Sicily, beginning in the port town of Sciacca. Their first stop is the Valley of the Temples before they head to Catania, where Giovanni moved aged 14 to enhance his dance career.

Invisible City, Netflix
A man discovers mythical creatures living among humans and soon realises they hold the key to his past. Season two of this fantasy series is coming on Wednesday so it’s time to start binge-watching the first.

The Apprentice: The Final, 9pm, BBC One
It’s finally the final as the two remaining contestants battle it out for the last time to win a £250,000 investment. Previous contestants from this series return to help out as the remaining two launch their business, create a new brand for their company, produce a digital billboard, direct and edit an advert and design a metaverse, before pitching to Lord Sugar at a black-tie event.

The Cleaner, 9.30pm, BBC One
If you loved series one of this comedy starring Greg Davies, you won’t want to miss this new series. Crime scene cleaner Wicky faces the ultimate test (a job in a pub just after he's promised his girlfriend to stay off the booze). But that’s the least of his worries when he’s asked to handle the mess left by a lethal barroom brawl, and he’s about to realise there’s more to this job than cleaning up.

Big Night of Musicals 2023 by the National Lottery, 7.50pm, BBC One
Jason Manford hosts this special concert featuring performances from the casts of some of the most popular musicals in the West End – think Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton, Les Misérables, Wicked, and Six. Perfect Saturday night entertainment.

Great Expectations, 9pm, BBC One
Steven Knight's adaptation of Charles Dickens' classic novel stars Olivia Colman. This six-part series comes to the BBC on Sunday, and it’s a must-watch.

The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer, All4
Sunday night also sees the second episode of The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up to Cancer when Matt Lucas and Noel Fielding welcome AJ Odudu, Gemma Collins, Jessica Hynes and Tim Key to the tent to make signature sandwich cakes, a classic tart and recreations of their childhood memories in choux.
