Why Yummy Yorkshire is the Place to Be this Christmas
From creative workshops and Christmas markets to festive dining and delicious afternoon tea, Yummy Yorkshire has it all this winter

Enjoy hearty breakfasts, brunch or lunch time classics (with a festive twist of course) at Hide & Hoof. Fully licensed, the team also offer an excellent array of tipples, the perfect accompaniment to any festive feast. Booking is advised but not always necessary.
Afternoon Delights
Indulge in a delightful festive afternoon tea at Hide & Hoof, available until Saturday 4th January. Tuck into delicately filled sandwiches, pigs in blankets, and a selection of sweet treats accompanied by a chocolate orange mini milkshake (and Yorkshire tea, naturally). Why not opt for a glass of fizz too? ’Tis the season after all.
Christmas Evening Dining
Available on selected Saturdays in the lead up to Christmas from 6pm onwards, head to Hide & Hoof as they dim the lights and invite you to a sumptuous three-course festive evening meal. From a traditional Christmas dinner to mouthwatering Festive Wellington, there’s something on the menu for all.
Head to The Parlour
Treat yourself to an award-winning artisan ice cream from their fantastic 20-flavour cabinet, a freshly made waffle, a barista-made coffee or a yummy sweet treat. You can also stock up on your favourite Yummy Yorkshire ice creams to enjoy at home – they make the perfect accompaniment to your Christmas desserts.
Festive Fun
Great food isn’t the only thing on offer at Yummy Yorkshire. Throughout the festive period you can enjoy a great array of festive workshops covering everything from festive bauble painting to luxury wreath-making and everything in between.
Christmas Shopping
The Barn will also be open daily (from Friday 15th November–Sunday 22nd December) as a one-stop shop for gifts. Home to an array of talented independent traders, this is the perfect place to pick up something unique. There will also be a regular rotation of pop-up traders in Barn Two on Saturdays and Sundays. Pop along, take some time to browse their curated market and relish in the fact that by shopping with Yummy Yorkshire you are supporting a number of local, independent businesses. In addition The Mistal will play host to The Bull Bar and their street food partners every Sunday (11am–4pm). It's the perfect spot to enjoy a boozy hot chocolate and some quality street food by the fire before heading home.
