From their distillery in Cornhill-on-Tweed, Border Spirits & Botanicals produce exquisite gin using ingredients sourced from their own garden
Living North has partnered with Border Spirits & Botanicals to offer one lucky Living North reader the chance to win a wonderfully crisp bottle of Cornhill-on-Tweed gin.
Producing their very first bottles of gin in December 2024, John and Joanne of Border Spirits & Botanicals are passionate about using as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible to make sure their gin is of the highest quality.
Taking inspiration from the local area, their bottles feature a QR code, which when scanned tells you about the turbulent history of Cornhill-on-Tweed.
As well as distilling their own gin (and working on a brand new, soon to be released recipe), Border Spirits & Botanicals also run popular gin workshops where students are invited to create their own gin using botanicals from the garden.
