Win a Pair of Tickets to the 2:22 A Ghost Story Opening Night at Sunderland Empire
Danny Robins' edge-of-your-seat, supernatural thriller 2:22 A Ghost Story is haunting Sunderland Empire from Tuesday 21st to Saturday 25th May, and we've got a pair of tickets to give away for the opening night
Jenny believes her new home is haunted, but her husband Sam isn’t having any of it. They argue with their first dinner guests but something feels strange – and frightening, and that something is getting closer, so they’re going to stay up... until 2:22 to find out what’s going on once and for all.
This hit show, written by Danny Robins, who grew up in Newcastle, premiered at the Noel Coward Theatre, starring Lily Allen, Julia Chan, Hadley Fraser, and Jake Wood, then transferred to the Gielgud Theatre starring Stephanie Beatriz, James Buckley, Elliot Cowan and Giovanna Fletcher.
Since then, the cast has continued to change for each show, with Cheryl also starring as Jenny, but this time Hollyoaks’ Vera Chok will play Lauren, The Wanted’s Jay McGuiness will play Ben, Emmerdale’s Fiona Wade will play Jenny, and Yorkshire’s own Call the Midwife star George Rainsford will play Sam.
