Win a Pair of Tickets to See Life of Pi at Newcastle Theatre Royal
We've teamed up with Newcastle Theatre Royal to offer two lucky Living North readers the chance to win a pair of tickets for the National Theatre's acclaimed production; Life of Pi
After a cargo ship sinks in the middle of the vast Pacific Ocean, there are five survivors stranded on a single lifeboat – a hyena, a zebra, an orangutan, a 16-year-old boy and a 450-pound Royal Bengal tiger. Time is against them, nature is harsh, who will survive?
Based on one of Yann Martel’s best-loved works of fiction, which sold over 15 million copies worldwide and won the Man Booker Prize, Life of Pi is a breathtaking new theatrical adaptation of an epic journey of endurance and hope. Hear more about the show from the tiger’s puppeteers here.
Having stunned audiences during its stay in London’s West End at the Wyndham’s Theatre, the play transferred across the Atlantic in 2023 where it dazzled audiences on Broadway. Now the production is making its way to Newcastle Theatre Royal as part of its UK tour where you could have a chance to win a pair of tickets to the opening night of the performance on Tuesday 23rd January 2024!
