This pretty three-bedroom cottage extends either side of the original palace walls, with the dining room overlooking the ancient cobbles of Market Place, and the sitting room looking out to the palace grounds and the recently-opened Faith Museum. Bedroom two faces the historic cobbled Broadwalk. Recently refurbished, the unique property boasts rich colours throughout and a blend of antique and modern furnishings.
As well as Auckland Castle, the neighbouring Faith Museum and the Deer Park, with an Unlimited Pass, guests can enter the recently-redesigned Walled Garden, Faith Garden, Broadwalk, Wilderness Garden and new Victorian-inspired glasshouse for free. All that plus the Mining Art Gallery, Auckland Tower and the Spanish Gallery (the UK’s first gallery dedicated to the art and culture of the Spanish Golden Age).
