Win Your Way to Bay Tales at Playhouse Whitley Bay

Bringing the very best in crime and mystery fiction to the region, Bay Tales is back for a second year, celebrating the work of authors and connecting them with readers. 

Bay Tales will take place at Playhouse Whitley Bay on Saturday 4th March, and organisers Vic and Simon (who have the continued support of Ann Cleeves, who is now a Bay Tales Patron), promise this event is going to be even bigger and better than last year.

With a chance to meet authors, get signed books, win exclusive prizes and enjoy sneak peeks of new titles, any book-lover is sure to want to get their hands on tickets. Whitley Bay’s favourite indie bookshop The Bound will also have new and backlist titles available in their onsite bookshop.

Brian McGilloway is Ann’s special guest; his debut novel Borderlands was shortlisted for a Crime Writers’ Association Dagger award. You’ll also hear from multi-award winning local author Trevor Wood as well as Sunday Times and New York Times international bestseller Ruth Ware and award-winning former Daily Mirror showbusiness journalist Fiona Cummins.
